A Kotuku or White Heron (Egretta alba modesta) performs a dance and stretches its wings after preening itself at Lake Mahinapua on the West Coast of the South Island, New Zealand. This photo was taken with my Olympus E-5 fitted with an Olympus OM 350 mm lens, using an adapter. Settings were ISO 160, F8, 1/250 sec.
